Shipping & Delivery

• Made-to-order production takes 3–21 business days, depending on the item and order size.
• India delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch; express delivery may take 2–3 business days.
• International delivery: approximately 7–28 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
• All orders are fully tracked and insured.
• International duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout where available.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns may be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with a valid Return Authorisation number.
• Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
• Personalised, bespoke and used food-contact items are non-returnable, except where defective or incorrect.
• Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days after inspection; banks may take a further 5–10 business days to process them.
