Yes. Brass, copper, and bronze naturally respond to air, touch, water, and use. Some pieces will deepen, darken, or soften in tone. You can polish them for a brighter look or allow the patina to remain.
Only pieces specifically marked as food-safe should be used for direct food or drinking. Decorative pieces should be used for styling, storage, flowers, dry offerings, or display. Product pages should clearly mention the recommended use for each item.

Yes, selected pieces can be prepared for gifting with protective wrapping and a care note. Use only if gifting packaging is operationally ready.
Most standard Lume Loam pieces take 3–7 business days before dispatch. Sets, heavy pieces, personalised orders, gift orders, and pre-orders may take longer. Once your order is dispatched, the delivery timeline will depend on the shipping method and destination.
You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. EU and UK customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and our 30-day window is an additional voluntary extension. Returns after 30 days are accepted only under warranty or repair programme claims.
